The 51st Annual White Marlin Open begins Monday in Ocean City, Maryland, with 318 registered boats set to compete for an impressive $8.5 million prize pool. This prestigious event, long known as “ the world’s largest and richest billfish tournament” continues to draw anglers from across the globe, each hoping to land the catch of a lifetime. However, this year’s tournament faces unique challenges as Tropical Storm Debby has developed off the Florida coast, threatening to impact fishing conditions later in the week. - White Marlin Open
